Rob Carmody - Principal Consultant
From a very young age, Rob has always felt a satisfaction for helping people and for understanding how things work, especially in electronics.
Starting in business telecommunications in the early nineties as a 19-year-old selling and installing mobile phones, he quickly understood how businesses need and use technology.
Watching the landscape change from pre-internet to the connected world we take for granted today, Rob has taken businesses on the same transformational journey implementing new solutions that make the most of this connected technology.
As a business owner himself, it is through these journeys that Rob has continued to provide meaningful solutions to businesses often identifying opportunities that the business did not necessarily see.
In his downtime Rob likes to get back to nature, especially the beach. Rob appreciates good music, staying healthy and a hit of tennis.
Kylie Carmody – Business Manager
With mainly an admin background, including 12 years in accounting, Kylie is well placed in RMC utilising this skillset in her ‘behind the scenes’ role.
As an ideas person, Kylie has a strength for developing the strategy to realise the business vision, not only around finances and efficiencies, but also how we interact with our clients.
Kylie strives to build upon on the positive client experience, coupled together with supporting Rob’s passion and technical knowledge, Rob and Kylie make a great team.
The foundations that RMC enjoy today started with Rob and Kylie as childhood friends, who married in 1996.
Kylie has a love for the outdoors, all things health and wellness which includes her meditation practice for a healthy mindset. She is also an avid tennis fan.
