In the 25 or so years that I have been working with businesses on their telecommunications, and technology as a whole – I have made many recommendations and implemented solutions that have created efficiencies and cost savings for that business.

The process of an audit looks at costs of telephone, internet and other related services, existing contracts and associated terms and what each service being provided is doing for the business – what value is being offered?

Is the telecommunications and IT infrastructure creating opportunities or challenges/limitations for the business?
